Artist: Huang Liyan
Artist's reflection: As two people in pink leotards wrestle, one looks at a black traffic cone nearby. All the while, a peacock in the distance watches them. Is the peacock judging them? Is it just curious? Is it afraid?
Huang's paintings sometimes depict creative and odd scenes with hidden meanings.
