RETURNS POLICY

Effective December 08, 2018

 

Your use of BlueHillFineArts.com a.k.a. BH-FA.com ("Website") is conditioned upon Your acceptance of these legal terms of use including our privacy policy.

 

Blue Hill Fine Arts LLC (“We”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or update our returns policy from time to time with immediate effect and without advance notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these legal terms of use periodically for updates.

 

Blue Hill Fine Arts LLC is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) calendar days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.

 

You may return any ELIGIBLE artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items) provided that it is returned to Blue Hill Fine Arts LLC in its original condition.

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following Final Sale items:

  • Limited Edition Works

  • Special Collection Works

 

Original Artwork Returns Policy

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) calendar days to decide whether to keep the artwork or return it in its original condition for a refund. 

 

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within five (5) calendar days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

 

If you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Blue Hill Fine Arts LLC and are not fully satisfied, you have:

 

  • Seven (7) calendar days to contact us about your intent to return the work.

 

And then

 

  • Five (5) calendar days from the day we give you the OK to return the artwork to ship it to us. ***Do not ship the artwork to us before we give you the OK.***

 

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within seven (7) calendar days of receipt or you do not ship the work within five (5) calendar days of receiving our OK to ship it to us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

 

How to Return Undamaged Artwork

  1. Save original packaging!

  2. Within seven (7) calendar days of your merchandise delivery date, please email contactus@bh-fa.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the artwork.

  3. Wait. We will contact you via email within seven (7) calendar days to confirm whether or not to ship the artwork back to us.

  4. Once you receive the ok to ship the artwork to us, repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging or it is unusable and/or you are not sure whether it can safely protect the artwork anymore, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send back safely the artwork.

  5. Once you have the tracking information for the shipment, then immediately email contactus@bh-fa.com to provide us with the tracking information.

  6. Wait. Once the artwork safely reaches Blue Hill Fine Arts LLC, we will review the artwork’s condition. If it is undamaged, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source (minus (original) shipping costs and additional fees, if any) within 7-14 calendar days

 

What to do if the Artwork Arrives Damaged

  1. Save original packaging!

  2. Within seven (7) calendar days of your merchandise delivery date, please email contactus@bh-fa.com with the following information: (2.1) Your original order information (2.2) The nature of the specific damage done to the artwork (2.3) Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

  3. Wait. Blue Hill Fine Arts LLC will contact you to discuss next steps.
