Artist: Huang Xiaoming
 
Artist's reflection: A star filled sky? A ripple in time? Why? What you see and what it means is up for interpretation and that's just how Huang wants it. To enjoy his art a person must be open to musing a bit. 
 
This series of works originated from some movie and video clips the artist saw. While watching them he kept pressing the pause button. By doing so, he was able to find information that was not related to the movies or video clips themselves. He then used painting as a way to update the content.
