Artist: Huang Xiaoming
 
Artist's reflection: Just a scene from a movie, but it draws attention and thought for most. The combination of vivid colors, extreme differentiation between background and foreground and the content of the painting make this a art stand out. But, why would he choose to paint this particular scene? 
 
This series of works originated from some movie and video clips the artist saw. While watching them he kept pressing the pause button. By doing so, he was able to find information that was not related to the movies or video clips themselves. He then used painting as a way to update the content.
