Artist's reflection: In this contemporary painting Wang combines reality with superstition. These elephants bring good luck! Unlike some of his other works, this one has much more detail. 
 
First, Wang's paintings are colorful and they don’t give people a feeling of openness. Second, his sophisticated and fast brush strokes are well expressed in landscape paintings, which are quite natural and unrestrained.
